Artistic Director

Artistic Director Fiona Blackburn leads the musical team and brings with her a Bachelor of Music Degree in Voice Performance and a Bachelor of Education Degree. Her many and varied musical experiences include: singing, recording and touring with the Vancouver Chamber Choir; solo appearances with many ensembles including the Vancouver Symphony, Vancouver Opera, CBC Vancouver Orchestra, Symphony Nova Scotia, Vancouver New Music and the newly formed Erato Ensemble. Fiona enjoyed five summers as a featured vocalist aboard an Alaskan cruise ship. She has two solo recordings of Celtic music to her credit, and is a sought-after adjudicator and clinician. www.fionablackburn.com
